
What part of your life do you need to attend to?
Use the wheel of life diagram to answer that question, it is an extremely useful tool to help you identify which areas you need to spend time working on uses a scale system from 1- 10 and rates each category from (1) unsatisfactory to (10) satisfactory to help you see which parts are off balance and help you bring balance to the area of your life that you feel need attention.
