









Someone may be gone from your sight but never gone from your heart you will always have the fond memories that you shared.
Grief is supposed to be a temporary never a permanent destination on your journey in life. You have to find a way to acknowledge the pain that you are feeling and know that your experience is unique to you.
When you start the healing process there will be good days and bad days take it one day at a time healing is messy and there’s no timetable for healing one minute you think you have everything under control the next minute you’re falling apart but you have to find the strength to keep pushing forward.
Even though you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, remember you have to continue on with your life!
