Perception versus peace of mind
Ask yourself are you more worried about getting your point across to others or finding your inner peace.
Sometimes your story is never told and you have to be comfortable with people not knowing your truth if finding peace within is your main goal then focus on that part.
Let them believe what they want to believe you can’t change people’s minds or their perceptions of you no matter how hard you try to those that know you will love and support you the rest doesn’t matter.
Remember your goal is to find your peace not to be worrying about the perception of others but more concerned with your own happiness and mental state that is your reality.
