There nothing wrong with helping someone but not to the point where you are neglecting yourself and going against your own morals to please somebody Or stroke someone else’s ego.
Some people are self-centered and will take advantage of your generosity they will monopolize all your time and drain your energy if you let them and will be perfectly fine leaving you with nothing in return.
So be careful and selective with whom you share your time and mind with some people are energy vampires and will drain your life force and leave you high and dry if you’re not careful.
