Louisiana college mourns Arlana Miller who left ‘suicide’ note


When I read this article about Arlana Miller it broke my heart so young and in so much pain you never know what battle people are fighting so let’s be mindful of how we treat each other.

Mental Health is real if you need to talk to someone a family member friend or a professional do so there’s no need to suffer in silence anymore.

Let’s learn how to be more kind to one another and focus more on protecting our mental health and let’s end all the stigmas about seeking help for yourself.

There’s never anything wrong with taking care of yourself and loving you and don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise my prayers go out to Arlana Miller’s family may she rest in peace.
