Can I be happy?

Is happiness an illusion or is it an attainable goal I guess that question depends on one’s perspective? To find that answer you must travel on your own journey to determine for yourself whether or not it’s possible to be happy or is it merely an illusion.

We all have a choice when it comes to our happiness and the path that we take lies solely within our hands if we want to be happy then we have to focus our time and effort on the positive in life and be determined to maintain that energy everything starts with your mindset.

No amount of money or another person can bring you happiness you are the master of your universe and only you have the power to make yourself happy if you choose to.
